About this practice and your record

This activity practises flexible attention. Its score is not a mental-health assessment or evidence of symptom improvement. The visual and self-paced adaptations are not validated treatments.

Your private record retains starts, observed time, inputs and completed task results. The example above is not scored. Leaving a timed game stops it so unseen cues do not count.
