Track mood alongside your practice
Keep daily mood, stress, energy and sleep-quality ratings in a private journal, with optional account sync.

Use a consistent daily check-in
Synaptik’s browser journal records personal ratings of mood, stress, energy and sleep quality. Choose a time that fits your routine and interpret each scale consistently. These ratings describe your experience; they are not diagnostic tests. A missing day stays missing rather than becoming a zero.
Separate daily feelings from game results
A practice session can record task counts and an optional before-and-after rating. A short-term change after practice does not prove that the activity caused it. Sleep, events during the day, expectations and ordinary variation can all contribute. The journal keeps practice observations and daily check-ins distinct.
Decide where to save your record
Guest records stay in the browser. Sign in and explicitly enable private cloud sync to save an account record. Synaptik uses Firebase for identity and Supabase for private outcomes, with owner access checks. Account and guest records remain separate. Local browser storage is not encrypted, so consider the device you use.
Review, export or delete
Use Your space to review storage status, retry a failed sync and manage your data. Export a copy before deleting records or clearing the browser. Optional product analytics are a separate choice and should not contain mood answers, diagnoses, journal text or account credentials. Your history can support reflection, but it cannot explain the cause of a change.
