1. Who we are and who may use Synaptik

Synaptik is a REDKO wellbeing product for adults aged 18 or older. These terms describe personal, lawful use of the current preview. The operator’s full legal name, service address, contact and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before these draft terms become an effective agreement. No payment or subscription is created by this preview.

2. What the service offers

We offer cognitive practice games, guided wellbeing activities, a personal journal, optional screening questionnaires, activity discovery and user-selected summaries. Difficulty levels and scores describe performance or familiarity within a task. They do not measure clinical recovery. You can stop, skip or repeat an activity.

Research references explain the origin and limits of a technique. A published study of a related intervention does not establish that Synaptik has the same effects. Synaptik itself has not been clinically validated. Availability, suitability and results can vary.

3. What the service does not offer

Synaptik does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a mental or physical disorder, provide psychotherapy, prescribe medication, or establish a clinician–patient relationship. Condition filters reflect optional context, not a diagnosis or a prescription. A screening result is not a diagnosis and does not rule out a condition. Do not delay or change professional care because of a game, score, filter or screening result.

The journal and feedback are not monitored for emergencies. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide or crisis support. Elsewhere, use local crisis services. Stop an activity if it increases distress, dizziness, pain or disorientation. Practices involving deliberate exposure or other specialist interventions are unavailable without appropriate review.

4. Your account and choices

Use accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for choosing what you enter and share. Guest data may be lost when browser storage is cleared or on a shared device. Optional cloud sync and optional product analytics have separate controls. A provider outage, browser change or interrupted connection may affect access or syncing; export records that matter to you.

We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service at any time. Local deletion, cloud-record deletion and analytics deletion are distinct actions; see the privacy notice.

5. Content, sharing and acceptable use

REDKO and its licensors retain rights in the software, visual assets and other service content, subject to identified third-party licenses. You receive a limited, nonexclusive permission to use the service personally while complying with these terms. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, upload unlawful content or exploit another person’s private information. Statutory rights, interoperability rights and legitimate security reporting are not restricted where law protects them.

You retain your rights in your entries. You authorize only the processing necessary to provide the features you choose, as described in the privacy notice. We do not claim ownership of your health information. Sharing an activity link does not attach your journal or condition selections. Exporting and sending a summary can disclose health information; review it and choose recipients carefully. Synaptik cannot recall copies held by recipients.

6. Availability, warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular health or performance outcome. These qualifications do not displace mandatory consumer warranties or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the contracting company and the protected persons identified below are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Subject to the exceptions below, their proposed aggregate monetary liability, collectively, for claims arising from Synaptik is the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid directly to the company for Synaptik during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This applies across claims in contract, tort or another legal theory only where enforceable. It is a proposed commercial allocation for legal review, not a statutory safe harbor or an effective cap in this review draft.

No exclusion or cap applies to our fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability for unlawful conduct, personal injury, privacy violations or other matters to the extent applicable law prohibits its exclusion or limitation. Nothing restricts regulatory complaints, legally protected public injunctive relief or nonwaivable remedies. These terms do not release every kind of liability, and a court may reject a limitation despite these qualifications. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by this draft.

7. Changes, disputes and contact

We will identify the version and effective date of terms that apply. Material changes require reasonable notice and fresh assent where required; continued use alone will not be treated as acceptance of undisclosed terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent lawful. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain available.

These draft terms are not a finalized jurisdiction-specific contract. REDKO must verify its public support and privacy contact, governing-law approach and dispute procedure before release. Contact details will appear here when verified.

8. Research, statistics and personal decisions

Using Synaptik does not enroll you in a research study. Product analytics, a private journal and formal research participation serve different purposes. Any future study must explain its protocol, eligibility, data recipients, retention, risks and withdrawal process before enrollment.

Changes in a person's ratings can reflect many influences, including ordinary fluctuation, life events, concurrent care and which sessions they choose to report. Descriptive charts and statistical associations do not establish that a particular game caused improvement. Do not use a score to decide on medication, ignore concerning symptoms or compare your worth with another person.

9. Session design and accessibility

Activity lengths, difficulty settings, replay options and optional reminders are described in the activity interface. Where an app adaptation differs from a published protocol, the study does not validate that adaptation. Your preferred time is a routine choice; it is not a prescribed treatment interval. A missed day does not remove your practice history.

You can use available motion preferences, keyboard controls, pauses and stop controls. Some spatial activities depend on vision or supported graphics capabilities; an alternative view or activity may be more suitable. Browser, screen and device differences can affect timing. We do not promise standardized clinical-test conditions or universal accessibility. Please report an inaccessible or confusing control through a verified support channel when available.

10. Visual assets and external services

Scenic imagery and some objects are generated or rendered artwork. Interactive cues, choices and task outcomes are produced by the application; an image or video is not a demonstration of proven therapeutic effects. We do not use generated scenery as a testimonial, a real person's experience or evidence of clinical benefit.

Links to papers, crisis directories and provider websites lead to services with their own terms and practices. A citation is provided for context and does not imply endorsement, a partnership or guaranteed access to the full paper. Identity providers may apply their own account and security requirements.

11. Payments and future features

This preview does not create an order, paid subscription or automatic renewal. If paid features are introduced, their actual seller, price, billing period, taxes, cancellation process and applicable refund terms must be shown before purchase. No payment permission is inferred from using a free activity or saving a practice.

Roadmaps and demonstration interfaces do not guarantee that an unavailable activity, clinical service or native app will be released. We may update or remove a feature where necessary for quality, safety or lawful operation, subject to any mandatory rights and applicable commitments.

12. Version history and effective terms

The date at the top identifies this draft version. These expanded sections supplement the service description above; they do not finalize the unverified operator, contact or jurisdiction. Before an effective release, retain prior versions and provide clear notice of material changes. Any new sensitive-data purpose requires its own disclosure and any legally required consent; general acceptance of terms is not health-data permission.

13. Agreement formation and company capacity

Synaptik is a REDKO product. The contracting party must be the verified company identified above, not the founder personally. This document is a proposed agreement: a final version requires conspicuous notice and an affirmative acceptance process. A privacy-notice acknowledgment is not consent to optional health-data collection, sharing, analytics or research. General use of the app does not finalize this draft.

Members, managers, officers, employees and authorized agents act for the company when carrying out authorized service duties. To the extent lawful, those persons and the company’s licensors are intended third-party beneficiaries of the warranty disclaimers and liability limits applicable to that work. They do not personally guarantee a health outcome or company performance. This provision does not remove liability for anyone’s own conduct where law imposes it.

14. Limited responsibility for third-party claims

If you use Synaptik on behalf of a business or other organization, the proposed agreement requires that organization, to the extent permitted by law, to reimburse the company for reasonable, documented losses finally awarded to a third party, or approved in a written settlement, arising from content the organization supplied in violation of third-party rights or its intentional unlawful misuse of the service. Ordinary personal consumer use does not create this indemnity. It does not cover losses caused by our breach, negligence, unlawful conduct or a defect in the service.

The company must give reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim and reasonable cooperation at the organization’s expense. The organization may control a competent defense, but cannot settle a claim in a way that admits fault by, imposes nonmonetary duties on, or fails to release a protected party without that party’s reasonable written consent. Mandatory consumer rights prevail. This allocation remains subject to legal review.

15. Defined permissions, transfers and disputes

Your content permission is limited to delivering chosen features, necessary security and support, and separately selected uses explained in the Privacy notice. It is not an unrestricted license to monetize health records, build cross-product health profiles, train our own general-purpose AI models on private entries, or enroll you in research. A new purpose requires updated disclosure, a valid legal basis and any required specific consent before it begins.

We may assign the agreement in a lawful business transfer subject to existing privacy commitments and mandatory rights. A transfer is not permission to repurpose information collected under earlier promises. Changes do not retroactively waive accrued claims or authorize incompatible processing.

Informal resolution is encouraged through the verified contact when available, but is not a mandatory waiting period, does not suspend legal deadlines and does not prevent legal or regulatory relief. Applicable law determines the forum and governing rules until a separate valid agreement specifies them. No exclusive state, court, arbitration provider or shortened claim deadline is selected in this review draft.
